web dump

ok. coolest thing EVER.
http://labs.ideeinc.com/multicolr#
The colourlab by IDEE searches for pictures from flickr by colour. So if you pick red, a slew of red photos in the tone you chose will show up. I think you can pick up to ten different colours.

Joseph Joseph

I love everything they have.
I am currently obsessed and in love and awe with everything Joseph Joseph that lines the shelf. The colours are fresh and the products reflect a certain thoughtfulness in the design and consideration of the user -how the product is used, where it is placed for storage, the user's needs, etc.

Measuring Type

This is an interesting project I found (Measuring Type by Matt Robinson and Tom Wrigglesworth). Here, they measured the efficiency of ink for different font types that were commonly used. Kinda neat!
